Mediation/Mediation Supervision


Service Description

I am a certified workplace mediator and a workplace mediation supervisor. Every year, workplace conflict costs UK businesses billions of pounds. Everyday conflicts can escalate into protracted HR and legal processes and employment tribunals. This is detrimental to business and highly disruptive to staff welfare and morale. Positions become entrenched, productivity suffers, and the workplace becomes an internecine battlefield. Disputes can arise between individuals at any level in an organisation and involve allegations of bullying, harassment and/or discrimination. Mediation can be highly effective in resolving some of these situations before they reach the point of no return. As an impartial mediator, I can provide a safe, confidential space for parties to come together to talk through their issues. This can go a long way in solving seemingly insoluble situations. Parties will often find a way of overcoming their differences and may be able to work together collaboratively in the future. Mediation cases can be complex and challenging. Cancellation Policy

I will always ask for the full fee to be paid ahead of the session. Please aim to be on time. If you are delayed, I will wait but if I don't hear from you after 15 minutes or so, I’ll assume that it is a cancellation without notice. Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance are not chargeable. However, within 48 hours of the session, the full payment will be due, as I have reserved that time for you. If there is a genuine emergency within that time, we can always discuss the matter and see if a waiver is appropriate. If I have to cancel a session, I will aim to notify you as soon as possible. You will not be charged, and I will refund you if you have paid for the session. We’ll work to reschedule as soon as possible.
